At Jones Road, we want you to love your routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Wait for Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
